Pricing and Product Availability

LBKI Karate reserves the right to correct pricing errors or change an advertised price before an order has been accepted. Where an incorrect price affects an order, we will contact you before processing it.

All products are subject to availability. Although we aim to keep stock information accurate, availability may change before an order is processed.

If an ordered product is unavailable, we may:

• Offer a suitable alternative;
• Place the product on back order; or
• Provide a refund for the unavailable product.

We take reasonable care to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information and specifications. However, product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on the device or screen used to view the website.

Sizing information is provided as a general guide. Where you are unsure about the correct size, please speak with an LBKI instructor before placing your order.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order through the LBKI Karate online store, you are offering to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

When placing an order, you confirm that:

• The information provided is true and accurate;
• You are authorised to use the selected payment method; and
• Sufficient funds are available to complete the purchase.

LBKI Karate reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where fraud, unauthorised payment activity, incorrect pricing or product unavailability is suspected.

Payment Security

Payments are processed securely through an authorised third-party payment provider.

LBKI Karate does not directly store complete credit or debit card details. Payment information is handled according to the security and privacy practices of the relevant payment provider.

Order Collection

All orders will be available for collection from the LBKI Karate dojo within approximately 1–2 weeks of purchase.

You will be notified when your order is ready. Orders should not be collected until you have received confirmation from LBKI Karate.

Estimated collection times may vary depending on product availability, supplier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to advise you of any significant delay.

Order Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact LBKI Karate as soon as possible.

An order may be cancelled and refunded where it has not yet been processed, ordered from the supplier, customised or prepared for collection.

Once an order has been processed or prepared, cancellation may not be possible. Any approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method.

LBKI Karate may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or unable to be supplied. Where this occurs, you will be notified and offered an alternative product or a refund.

Exchanges and Returns

Please inspect your order when it is collected and notify LBKI Karate promptly if a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Size exchanges may be accepted where:

• The request is made within 14 days of collection;
• The product has not been worn, washed, used or damaged;
• All original packaging and tags are included; and
• The replacement size is available.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal items, including mouthguards and groin protection, cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

Returns and exchanges remain subject to any rights available under applicable Australian consumer laws.

Promotional Codes

LBKI Karate may occasionally issue promotional or discount codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional codes are valid only during the specified promotional period;
• Only one promotional code may be used per order;
• Promotional codes cannot be combined with another offer; and
• Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Where a discounted product is approved for a refund, the refund will be limited to the amount actually paid.

Any additional conditions will be displayed when the promotional code is issued.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

LBKI Karate will not be responsible for a delay or failure to fulfil an order caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This may include supplier delays, transport disruptions, natural disasters, industrial action, public health restrictions, technical failures or other unforeseen events.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep affected customers informed and fulfil orders as soon as reasonably possible.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify LBKI Karate, its directors, instructors, employees, representatives and affiliates against third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website or a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.
